Last winter I got scammed and even though everything was paid in full your still punishing me for it. If something is over purchased it takes an act of God to fix it! Also I rely heavily on the funds transfer and you took it away.

This bank is great with their rates and in person customer service, but if you need their ATM afterhours, good luck. 50% chance it'll be working. I've also had a card sucked into their ATM, and it wouldn't spit it back out.
