  ***Do not use Macu ATMs to deposit cash*** MACU is skimming money from their customers through atm cash deposit. They admitted their atm is broken and malfunctions on cash deposits, are aware of the issue, have no plan in action to correct, and refuse give customers their cash back after the malfunction of their machine! Not to mention, deposits the money to incorrect accounts! Over $1k in cash was deposited at the atm in Sparks last week and the machine "ate" it. The tellers and customer service refuse to issue cash refund or full deposit to account after many disputes, drives to the bank, and calls to customer service. The entire ordeal has been a nightmare and they are over all unhelpful and have an attitude of oh well, your problem, not ours. They finally reviewed atm video and confirmed the deposit was made but now are refusing to issue the entire deposit, still holding a portion of the cash hostage. After being burdened with the theft of over $1k from them, more disputes will ensue, a report to BBB in hopes this doesn't happen to anyone else, a search for a new financial institution, and possibly legal action if not reimbursed for every single cent they stole. I urge you to go elsewhere. In over 30 years of banking, I've never experienced such blatant criminal conduct from a financial institution.
