My husband and I where very pleased with Melissa C. She made our visit at the bank very smooth as my husband and I could only be there on both of our lunch breaks. She was fast, and quick to the point. We where very impressed with her knowledge and performance! Would definitely recommend seeing Melissa C!

After going to 3 different branches we drove to the Waynesville branch from Hendersonville, NC. We had spoke to Melissa on the phone and when we arrived we were welcomed in with smiling faces. Melissa come out and greeted us with a smile and took us over to get the pre-approval for our car shopping. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped my husband and I understand exactly what we needed to do with the letter we were provided. When we mentioned that we would be in the market for a house next year she immediately said “come see me, we can take care of you” I can’t brag enough on the service we got throughout our interaction with this branch.
