      I was so impressed by their service. Dwight went above and beyond. My vehicle was a total loss. There were some issues and concerns along the way, with State Farm. Dwight was such a big help and even called the company and explained some things to them concerning both estimates. I have never received such amazing customer service from any place. Good customer service is so hard to find these days. It was such a great experience, especially when my brand new vehicle was totaled by someone checking their phone and HWY 84!!!!

      I was very satisfied with the service department's recent work on our Duramax (diesel) pickup. They treated us exceptionally well as they took the necessary steps to correct its complete breakdown caused by miss-fueling with gasoline. Rich and Amy were very communicative, pleasant, and professional, and were able to work us into their already tightly booked schedule to get us back on the road in just a couple of days (we're from out of state). And although we were in a vulnerable spot, their pricing was fair and reasonable. As our time spent in Idaho increases, we'll plan to return for routine service. Thanks very much (and thanks to the mechanic(s) as well).
