      if you write a negative review they will erase it. so they say. they kept my jewelry and refused to sell it back to me. bad times made me pawn it in the first place. but think twice before going there. there isnt anybody there with any feeling or understanding of what your things mean to you. will take them no matter what. go down the hill. beware
