I was very interested in switching from my current job to one at MWB. I thought before I finished filling out the application, I should stop by and get a feel for the atmosphere there. I'm so glad I did! A male (loan officer?) was airing his dislike of anyone from certain states and verbally picking on a young female associate for being new to the branch. He just kept going on and on. It made it so toxic that not only would I never consider working there now, but I definitely don't want to bank there either! The female teller who helped me was very sweet and helpful. I felt sad she had to work in that kind of environment. I grew up in Texas where men were taught to be gentlemen. Guess certain businesses in Idaho don't always hire with that in mind!
