  When I bought my home last year I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service that I received from Marylou Edwards. From beginning to end she was on top of everything and communicated with me on a regular basis . I would highly recommend her!

  I do not know where to begin. I recently joined the National Guard after being honorably discharged from Active Duty. I served 3 years on Active Duty and was deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan within a year and a half time frame. After joining the NG i thought it would be convinient for me to purchase my home at 21 with my VA home loan I earned especially after i got a full time job with the NG that pays me very well. I went through movement mortage to apply for the loan and to begin my application process they gave my paperwork to an unprofessional employee that did absolutely nothing for 3 weeks and lied to me about how my application was going. I sent proof of my income various times but it seemed to me that they were not believeing me when i told them income. To make the long story short they denied my loan request becaus according to them I "did not have reserve sufficient funds" and my income "was not enough" when i make 7X the estimated mortage. Their denial was offensive and down right disrespectful to my reputation and to my charcter. If you want to waste your time, loose money for an appraisal, and your escrow deposit go ahead and go with them for a loan because that is what happened with me. I do not recomend them to anyone.
