      I’m a real estate agent. I’ve used Rick a few times in my career because people said he was incredible, and then I made a mistake. I thought I could use a different lender to get a better rate. And to be honest, the rate was a tiny bit better, but it was not worth it - and I truly mean it. It’s hard to appreciate until you’re put into the situation, but this other lender (Keller Mortgage) put me through an absolute dumpster fire circus of an experience and very nearly caused me to lose my dream home. Due to an egregious math error by KM, they literally told me less than one day before closing (a closing that had already been rescheduled 3 times) that I needed an additional 18% down payment lol. I was nearly in tears when I called Rick that night, and he was there for me. And he always calls back when he says he will. TL;DR: Rick Sedberry is the bomb dot com. Thanks Rick.
