  I still can't believe it... After less than 2 weeks since we started the loan application, we have a house! Brad is not only FAST, he is Johnny-on-the-spot and works very hard to keep the process going smoothly and resolve issues that come up. He is often working late into the evening while traditional lenders have gone home to make sure your loan is approved on time. Initially I wasn't sure whether to believe that Movement can close loans in 7 business days, but they really CAN! It's crazy. And it really helps your offer stand out among other competitive (even cash) offers like we faced. Luckily we didn't have to go through the offer process on multiple houses like many people do in this crazy hot Seattle real estate market - because we had a strong offer promising a fast close on the first house and our offer was accepted! I shopped around between a few other lenders and Movement not only offered the fastest turnaround time, they also offered the best local rate. There will always be better rates from no-name non-local banks, but they simply can't turn a loan around fast and in the Seattle real estate market right now - that likely means other offers will be accepted over yours. Finally, Brad is just a great guy to work with and I was more comfortable talking to him than the other lenders out there. Give him a shot!

  Movement Mortgage Bellevue has shown me what a great lender can really do. Fully underwritten preapprovals and 7 day clear to close, why go anywhere else?!
