  When my husband and I made the decision to purchase a home together, we had no idea what we were doing. Sitting here now in my newly purchased home, I could not be happier with how Matt handled the entire process. We used my VA home loan and that in itself creates extra tasks that he took on without hesitation. It was also for sale by owner so we did not use any realtors and he took on those tasks as well. If he didn’t know the answer to something that we normally would have asked a realtor, he made it a point to get us the correct answer as quickly as possible. I must’ve had 100 questions a day and he was always available and always gave me the correct information. The process was not always easy as VA home loans tend to have very strict requirements when it comes to inspections. Not only did he speak with the seller and the title company, but he was in contact with the inspectors as well, which made everything go so extremely smooth on my end. He took the stress out of everything. I was at home in the middle of a pandemic with two babies and he made the process as stress-free as possible. He seriously went above and beyond to complete the transaction. I was seriously lost when it came to understanding how a home loan works and he explained all of the complicated details, so that I had a very good understanding early on. Even though the VA made things very difficult to get things done in a timely fashion, he closed the loan on time and was confident that he could through everything that was thrown at us. I am happy to call this man my friend and I will be referring him to all of my friends and family members who are looking to purchase a home in the future. Thank you, thank you, thank you Matt for getting us our forever home!
