      Stay far away from this title company! MSC Title handled the sale of our property. The day of closing, they miscalculated the amounts on our final closing statement which resulted in new paperwork and additional wire transfers. They handled the issue extremely unprofessionally and resulted in us paying even more fees. They never took responsibility of the error or offered to compensate us for additional fees.
