      I have great service from and relationship with Juan downtown off Main St., Sarasota, as my personal banker and also from Marty, the manager of ST on North Tamiami Trail which is nearest my home. Unfortunately, in 2022, Sun Trust (now Truist) is due to leave the North Tamiami Trail branch, as former manager Marty already has. I am upset about this, although I will still use the Main St. Sarasota office and hope to keep Juan as my personal banker. They are still as near to me as any other bank but I must say I am surprised at so many services leaving the North Tamiami Trail area. Thanks for Walgreen's not deserting us and for Walmart giving us a Neighborhood Market.

      I had a 10:30am appointment with a banker to try to avoid waiting and was not seen until 11:10am. I almost missed my scheduled work meeting because of this lack of regard for my time.

      65 min on a call yesterday my wife also more than an hour wating two weeks ago to speak with a Philippino with SunTrust we spoke with someone in Orlando in a few min. We are moving to another bank. I have banked at N. Trail Sarasota for 32 yrs. through Barnett, First Florida, Huntington and SunTrust, but Truist is a joke.
