      Location: 1775 Central Park Dr, Okemos. Smaller bldg location. Still have greeter and tellers. Was able to walk in to teller and back out in less than 5 mins. Hopefully this location will not become newly electronically rennovated. We all experience long "phone trees" and other electronic voices and glitches. Usually simpler, people based service, is faster and more efficient. Many businesses seem eager to embrace any and all automated electronic rennovations. Electronic business practices are not necessarily "better" customer service.
