      This company is the worst. There is no organization, the agents provide horrible customer service and the management has no sense of conducting business. The person named Bill was very arrogant and snobbish, highly incompetent and lacking in his basic comprehension and understanding of the business. They don't know what they're doing, our calls were being ignored for days. These people are scamming clients. We wasted our time and money and the hope that other people don't go through the same hell that we went through. We will take our business elsewhere. This company is absolute trash.
