      I had the awesome experience with Meritage, starting from Shirley Hashmi in the sales to the design team to financing to Superintendents Thad, anyone was spoke to, was super helpful. I am in construction industry for 15 years in the USA and working for a very reputable multi inspector firm I want to shout out for Thad Superintendent for professionalism and responsiveness. Rashid

      Careless construction. My fiance has been waiting on repairs to their NEW yes NEW home. Not one person has responded it's been 4 months. What good is the warranty if they have eaten over 1/4 th of it? These are 100k homes max but cost over 300k Poor!

      I was just told that my home was sold to someone else. After all the hours I spent with the sales person picking out the design details, they didn't even call me to tell me that my contract was being cancelled. And now I'm trying to figure out how to get my earnest money back.
