      They have always been kind, thorough, & timely. My dad, a retired accountant & meticulous person, trusts them with his taxes, which speaks volumes. I’m so thankful I have these guys to watch my back financially.

      Our experience here was extremely negative. Dan has been completely unresponsive to our emails and calls concerning a matter dealing with the IRS. We are immediately sent to voicemail anytime we call. We were promised that something was going to be taken care of and then to our surprise, two years later our business owes thousands to the IRS because of a penalty that was GUARANTEED - by Dan - to be taken care of. We have reached out for his help numerous times only to be told he was disgruntled with us because of a discount given at one point. This was never spoken of to us, and never mentioned when I went in the following year for his services. Our small business is left paying thousands without any regard for our situation from Dan. I would strongly discourage the use of their company. It appears we are not the only ones who have had these issues.

      Our experience with this company was negative, stressful and unbelievably unprofessional. We found several possible errors while going over the income tax forms they had prepared for us such as deeming withdrawals from a Roth IRA account as taxable income. After calling, texting and emailing them to talk about our concerns and after receiving no response from them with the tax return deadlines facing us, we scrambled to find another accountant at the last minute. Luckily we did. She saved us thousands as she spotted their errors and filled out new forms.
