      Very friendly staff that get to know you by your name. Will go the extra mile to help you or or help you find the answer to your needs or questions. We have been members for 15 plus years and very happy. Worth the extra drive out on Wheeling to bank.

      Absolutely terrible experience. They charge fees for everything. They are all extremely rude with the exclusion of the Loan Officer. I wouldn’t not recommend this place to anybody but my worst enemy. Absolutely terrible bank/credit union. Avoid this bank at all costs.

      Been members for years...the last few have been nothing but headaches. Poor service, attitudes and not the best rates in town. We have switched everything over to Thrive Credit Union and have not had a bit of trouble!
