      Long lines for the ATM but it is one of the best branch.

      Trying to speak with a representative on the phone is impossible! Every 90 seconds or so, they keep adding more minutes to the "estimated wait time"

      The customer service is TERRIBLE. There is never enough staff to handle the traffic at the Ralph Ave Brooklyn location. When you call MCU contact number it is always a 45 minute or more wait to talk to someone??? I would not suggest putting your money into an MCU account, especially if you need to access it immediately. WORST customer service I have ever seen at a financial institution. I'm sure there are nice people that work there, but you never get to see or talk to them???? MCU needs to make some enormous improvements if they are going to continue to handle my banking needs!!
