      David Yilmaz the owner is refusing to fix any of the properties every single property has a roof leak and major damages neither properties should be on the market or for sale because David Yilmaz is very greedy.

      The owner is a slumlord and does not keep up with the uptake of his property every year wants to raise the rent at least a hundred bucks and really not worth it all the properties are outdated and need to be up take......
