  Austin Smith was my Loan Manager. From start to finish, he was present and diligent -- keeping me apprised of each and every step. It took two months to finalize, but that was due to my own credit situation which required further attention. Austin never stopped clearing the path for me. He made a scary and overwhelming process manageable for me. David Lovejoy was my processor. He, also, remained attentive and responsive. Due to an error I made - he had to go an extra mile - and I cannot accurately express my gratitude with his assistance. Every step of the Mortgage process was distinctly defined and tracking made easy through their app. Not only would I highly recommend Austin Smith as a Loan Manager, I would strongly urge anyone who is searching for a Mortgage company -- whether it is a first mortgage, second mortgage or refinance -- contact Mutual of Omaha Mortgage before any other lender.

  We just finished signing our mortgage with Mutual of Omaha and the work that Jesse Hoecher and Alissa Manley did was So Impressive. We had alot of problems come up and they worked with us to resolve them and took my calls whenever I just had a question.
