  If you do not wish to read my long review in Summary I cannot recommend Mutual of Omaha especially the Puyallup WA branch. Poorly run organization, take your business someplace else. If you think you will get Costco service forget about it. I am another Costco sucker! I went through 1 refi with Mutual of Omaha Mortgage for my home it was painful and it took 4 months. Then I decided to refi an investment property thinking Mutual of Omaha already has my financial information it should go smooth and quick, I was very wrong so very very wrong. Even though I was working with the same team they acted like a was a new customer I had to provide all my information again and they are still requesting more 90 days into it. Then I asked my loan officers to lock my rate in writing and she ignored my request and now the rates have increased and they done nothing to make it right. Sometimes 2-3 weeks go by and I don't hear from them and when I do finally hear back they need updated bank statements, and financial information because we roll into a new month and the information I gave them is now old. I complained to the manager of the Puyallup branch who initially said he would make it right for me but that was just BS he has no backbone and would not fight for me and now dodges my emails and calls. In summary the Mutual Of Omaha Mortgage is a poorly run organization, and poorly managed. I would not recommend them for any banking needs. I am so frustrated with them I have also contacted Costco to let them know they choose a bad company to partner with. I rarely take time to write reviews but I am so frustrated with Mutual Of Omaha I felt compelled to speak up. My refi loan is not yet finished it will be interesting if suddenly I get denied if this review hits a nerve within the organization. Regards Curt Christopherson

  Worst Mortgage Loan experience by far. Mortgage lender lied about how I would get a rate without paying several thousands of dollars for a lower rate. Shame on you.
