      Beware of your auto loans! I had an insurance charge of $4,100 added to my auto loan without my knowledge and my credit score was decreased because they ran it as a separate auto loan again without my knowledge. This happened in September and I am still dealing with this issue. i have sent my insurance information multiple times in an email and each time they respond “received.” I was told “the third party company hasn’t received a check back for the amount. It’ll be 7-10 business days.” The auto interest rates are GREAT and I love banking with them but the auto department is horrible. Each time I call I talk to Rebecca who is no help at all.
