      Newcastles has been nothing short of a nightmare!!! Diamond Stephens refuses to respond to emails and phone calls when she is the contact person over the warranty. We are getting ready to hire an attorney. We paid a lot of money for our home but can’t seem to get anything fixed that is covered under warranty! We also pay a lot of money in HOA fees for NC to do absolutely nothing. They do not even keep up the common areas they are suppose to. Do not use this company!!!!
