      I needed to simply have a paper notarized and came here assuming banks would be willing to do so. But because I was not an account holder, they declined to notarize it for me, even though there was no one else in line.

      MVB has off-shored their customer care to El Salvador. I cannot access my business checking account and tried twice to resolve it by calling their customer care number. First time I was connected to a person who barely spoke English and who abruptly disconnected my call. I then called again and was placed on a long hold after briefly speaking to a customer care agent who spoke better English. Very disappointing. Perhaps I should relocate the business account like they relocated their non-customer care to another country. Your business and profits are made in WV, keep the jobs in WV as well. MVB, you can do better!
