Lisa pulled off a pre-approval status in less than 24 hours, and closed on my new house in 14 days!!!!! Even more impressive was her ability to adapt and reconfigure options in response to changes in my request. Because of this ability, we were able to close on the house we wanted at the terms we wanted and didn't have to settle, beating other buyers to the finish line.
