Jimmy from Liberty Loans helped us with our 1st mortgage, and then again with our refinance. Very excellent and competitive rates comparatively. He explained EVERYTHING in a way that educates you through the whole process without making you feel stupid. (Literally holding your hand every step of the way.) The 1st two mortgage companies I was working with did none of that. Finally about to be fed up, somebody referred me to him and it was a match made in heaven. Jim and his team were highly recommended to me. As a retired real estate broker from another area, I Know there are the good mortgage broker companies; but there r more bad ones.
