      Pete is awesome! I've used him for mortgages and refi's a few times over the last 15 years. He's honest, always responds quickly and really knows his stuff! Years ago, we did a refi and he found our previous mortgage person had padded the loan for his own pocket. We just did a refi and tried two other big mortgage companies first, including our current company. Both said we wouldn't be able to get the equity out of our home and a good rate because I'm self-employed and my credit is only fair. Pete found a way to get us 3.0% and the equity cash so now I can pay off some credit card debt and raise my credit score. I'm not sure how he did it when they couldn't but we got everything we asked for and couldn't be happier! If you need an honest and reliable mortgage guy, Pete's the man!
