      Ever since TCF Bank has merged with Huntington Bank, I have predominantly been going to this location for cash withdrawals and deposits. While the location is newish and the tellers are friendly, sometimes my Huntington ATM card has a hard time being read by their provided outdoor ATM. I just got the card approximately four months ago, and I rarely use it! For this issue, instead I go to the Clarkston Huntington Branch by the (now abandoned) Big Boy restaurant. My Huntington ATM card works at that branch better. Another negative I’ve experienced switching over to Huntington Bank from TCF Bank is the nonexistent coin counting machines. Before, at some (or all?) TCF Bank locations, they would provide their customers with a coin counting machine. Now, at some (or all?) Huntington Bank locations, it seems as though the coin counting machines are no longer available. Instead, the tellers count your coinage. The good news is that there is no coin counting fee at Huntington Bank. This is contrary to TCF Bank as that organization would charge their customers a coin counting fee, yet the bad news is that: 1) Depending on the quantity of your coinage, it can take a long time to count. 2) If it’s a busy day and hour, it holds up the line of people.
