  Most incompetent business ever. I’ve had to file three BBB complaints on separate occasions. Do not waste your time or energy. I’m exhausted after dealing with them for a year and have closed out all of my accounts. They have made multiple cumbersome mistakes and decline to take responsibility or rectify the situation, every time. Further, you’re lucky to be able to even speak to a representative when you call.

  My husband and I paid off a Credit Builder Loan we established last week, and the funds we’ve saved are still on hold. My husband has been trying to contact them to release the funds since 10/4, and has been told (5) separate times that “no one was available”, and that “someone would call [him] back [that day].” He did not receive a call back until 10/9, at nearly closing time (11:55AM), and the person who called wasn’t even able to assist him! He was told he’d receive a call back on 10/12 to get the funds released, but he hasn’t received a single call, nor a return call to the multiple calls he’s placed throughout the day. At this point, because we paid off the balance and haven’t received our deposit, My USA Credit Union is stealing from us. It is wrong and we demand our funds and answers or we will take this to court.
