      N Title seemed great at first but 4 months later, it was discovered that they made a mistake that cost us a few thousand dollars. Their contract clearly states that if we make a mistake, we are liable for it but of course when they do, the client is also liable for it. I would avoid this title company as they refuse to accept responsibility and pass their errors onto the client. Specifically, Leanne Simms who agreed with us at first that it was not our responsibility and then backtracked, avoiding all further communication. Terrible customer service and do not care about their clients by any stretch!
