  There are not enough words to describe how much Jennifer helped us in buying our new home. We were first time homebuyers and incredibly overwhelmed by the entire process. To be honest when I first contacted Jennifer I was not expecting the level of service I received. We had gotten the "brush off" by two other "big corporate" loan officers/brokers who saw our modest loan amount and didn't seem to think we were "worthy" of their services. That was not the case with Jennifer. She went above and beyond for us. We told her what we were looking for in a loan and within a day or two she had something ready for us. She was always readily available to answer any phone calls or panicked texts I sent her way (haha) She was such a great source of information when it came to our loan and manuevering thru the process and after our offer was accepted she was still helping us with paperwork at the title company and again taking more panicked phone calls. With Jennifer's help we got into the perfect little house for our small family. I can't recommend her and her team at NW Mortgage enough. I know I will be working with her on our future purchases as well. -Jessica & Mark F.

  This was my first time working with Jeremy McLaughlin and he went above and beyond with helping me with my first home. He explained everything going on with my loan and make it quick and easy to understand. Next home I buy, I will absolutely be working with him again! Highly recommend if you're looking to buy a home, to work with Jeremy as your mortgage broker.
