  My husband and I purchased a partially built 5 bedroom 7.5 bathroom house with the intent to finish the project and move in. We needed substantial funding to finish building the home as it still needed a lot of work done. Nancy and her assistant Lauren worked diligently to see that we received not only the funding needed for the construction and to pay off our original loan, but the ability to convert the construction loan into a traditional mortgage upon completion of our project. We highly recommend Nancy for all of your financing needs. She is very professional, personable and experienced. We had a lot of tough obstacles to overcome and she kept things moving. We truly believe no one else would have gotten the job done, but she and her team did!

  I called homebridge to get assistance on a land purchase and was referred to Nancy. When the 800 number at homebridge called Nancy to connect me, Nancy's assistant said she was in a signing and will call me back. Understood. One day passed and Nancy didn't call. I called Homebridge back to let them know Nancy didn't call and if they can kindly check to see if she was available. Again, Nancy was not available and her assistant said the same thing, she was in a signing. It's been over a week and I am still waiting for her to return my call. Very disappointed.

  Nancy has helped myself and many of my Clients over the years. She has done mortgages and construction loans through the highs and the lows. You won't find anyone out there that knows construction loans better than Nancy. I give her 5 stars because she is the best in her field.
