      The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I refinanced my car with them and traded in my old one. It’s been a month since I got my new vehicle and I’m now making payments on two cars. One I no longer have. My loan officer Alyssa can never answer any questions about what’s going on and when I spoke to the manger Emily she basically said oh well. I’ve called several times a day for the past few weeks to speak to someone about resolving the issue. Neither one will return phone calls or anything. They won’t even return the phone calls the dealership makes to get in contact with them. They have made no attempts in reaching out to me or the dealership. I’m still trying to figure out what to do. I would definitely not recommend this place for loans.
