  Just wanted to say thank you to Neal, Jessica and especially Donna at the National Bank of Blacksburg in Montgomery County Virginia for being a multi million dollar bank and NOT willing to work with a local customer "myself" over $509 owed on my 2009 Nissan Murano I had financed with them. I was the victim of identity theft that took more than two months to get straightened out and it ruined my life financially even though I had a great jod. My account which was with another banking institution was frozen leaving me unable to make any payments to anyone temporarily. Donna in collections sent me a reposession letter and lied to me about attempts to to collect the vehicle. I paid 2 car payments and the extra so called attempt to reposess of $180 and then the reposession was taken off the table. Just a few weeks later on Sunday January the 6th a tow truck came to my house and repossed my vehicle after all. I called Donna the next business day stating that I could pay 2 full payments and even the next one that wasn't even close to being due but she would not give me any response other than to say that I had a certified letter coming in the mail that would tell me what I needed to do to get the vehicle back. Come to find out they demanded I pay the entire balance of $9,344.00 to get my SUV back. Needless to say I was unable to do that.
