      Charming little bank in a charming little town. I am visiting a family member for the holidays and popped in to cash a check, the young lady at the front greeted me with a smile and a friendly “hello” by Sam. While signing my check she conversed with me over my holiday plans and such, I watched her answer the phone and help a fellow coworker. It took me back a little because not too many people go out of their way to make your banking business so pleasant. I told her I wished I had Nat. Exchange closer to where I lived because every time I’ve gone to one it’s been a positive experience. In a time where customer service wavers this young lady reaffirmed my belief that service with a smile goes a long way.
