      Went in and had done a loan on a few of my gold pieces. The guy had offered me $100 loan on a 14kt gold paperclip chain, 14kt gold Earrings, 10kt gold chain, & 2 gold letter "A & R" pendants. I accepted the loan & had picked up my pieces up a month later. I had decided to go back again a couple months later with a 10kt gold ring (2,9G) & a 10kt gold "mom" necklace. Weight (1,5G). The gentleman that had assisted me with the first loan was not there. It was a different gentleman that was there. with that being said, he was not very reasonable & found his offer for a loan to be quite insulting & rude. He only offered me $50 & stated it was not much weight. I just said thank you & left. I decided to go to "Jefferson loan office" where they offered me $150 for the two pieces. I was really shocked to know that this pawn shop in reality had low balled me & short changed me when it came to my gold pieces. Avoid pawnshops near the west end of henrico because you will not get a reasonable price that you deserve on your gold jewelry. Nobody deserves to be short changed on their own personal property. There's a difference between a professional business & a greedy business that only cares about making their rent & low balling. Value your possessions.

      I went to this pawn shop after going to 2 others checking on prices for my diamond ring the first one was going to give me 300.00 the second one was going to give me 350.00 ands then I come in here and the guy tells me that my Diamond ring is not a Diamond it was a cubic zirconia I asked are you sure he said yeah I’ll double check it and went in the back and grabbed a stick that lit up and supposedly could tell the difference between a real Diamond and a cubic zirconia. And sure enough it lit up that it was cubic zirconia!!! MY RING IS A DIAMOND RING! He lied so he wouldn’t have to pay so much for it and really come out ahead!!!! WATCH THIS SHOP THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! Has anyone else had him tell you that your Diamond was fake
