      This team is great. Had the opportunity to work extensively with Loretta. What a kind, fun professional. My deal went sideways a couple times and Loretta stepped up and guided us through. The county court house was pushing back and setting expectations about weeks of delays. She sorted them out like a NINJA and we were back on track.

      I'm a Realtor that was referred to Dave Testa by a loan officer, Jolene Moore. She had mentioned Dave and National Settlement did a great job for her. After working with Dave on multiple transactions, I agree. He answers my calls on my first call, and if not I hear back from him within a couple of hours. This is important as I do real estate part time, so it's nice that he treats me with the same respect as bigger agents. He is super accommodating to my clients as he goes directly to their house for closing, if necessary. I also find he is very patient with myself and my clients, there's no question he won't patiently answer.
