  Tried to offer me very little for jewelry that I wanted to sell. Not at all knowledgeable. Just look at the junk they have in their cases!! I felt that I was bothering and annoying them to even look at my stuff. Some items were name brands, and all items were gold or diamonds. Don’t even bother with them! I went elsewhere and got even more than I expected!!

  We are very knowledgeable and eager to help any customer We were very attentive to this customer, but she seemed displeased for what we could offer her and started to quickly gather her items so she could leave. Some people just seem to be stuck up and unwilling to hear anybody out. We Can't please every customer but we sure do try. We give honest and fair appraisals and keep the customer on the same page as us when we show them how we come up with our prices.

  I’ve done business here over ten years now. Chris is the most pleasant, consi and reasonable business person there. The guy with the gauges is really pleasant as well. I will always be a loyal customer.
