  I have used NTS on multiple transactions. They are truly hand holding from start to finish. Jamie and Bradon are exceptionally communicating. I have reached out to Brandon in non-working hours and he always reply and gets back right away. NTS makes the closing coordination very efficient with their multiple mobile notaries available nationwide. I closed a home with a buyers from Chicago. NTS made it very easy for them to sign the docs out of state. You won't regret using them.

  Worked with this company in recent transaction in Port Richey, FL. Online onboarding was okay then when I got to the closing date, I had to ask for POC to align schedule and location. I asked for 10:30AM but it was scheduled at 10AM. At the end the mobile notary representative (third party) showed up, nice lady but title company didn’t do much. Didn’t even get a binder to carry all the paperwork provided during closing. In fact wiring info was provided to me by my agent. Utilities was not fully paid nor verified, I had to engage with the previous owner post signing the closing documents. I understand Florida Market is busy and every transaction requires attention, also everyone should raise the bar on services paid during this transaction. There is definitely room for improvement, hopefully this company leadership takes action.

  One star is too much. Terrible service. They take long to respond; They are not helpful; you must continuously request information and documents; took my funds at closing and did not pay the association fees and did not provide the pertinent documents needed to the insurance company or anyone. I would not recommend. Sorry Mr Owner. NO MIX UP. It took me months to get evertyhing paid and evedn get monies due back to me. It was resvled because i called and called and called.

  Good afternoon, I believe this was a mix up as I spoke to you directly and we realized that the HOA never applied the money to the correct account.
