      I am a first time poster! But so worth my time. RELTCO handled our purchase and we could not have been more happy. We were a bit leery being we are in a diff state than their home office BUT there should be 10 stars as their team was on the ball- emailed us, even text us to stay in touch. We are so happy in our new home and thank Lauren and her team at RELTCO for helping us all the way! A+++++

      Very bad service. I had to reschedule a closing 3 times, because they completely ghosted my client and they hardly ever respond to emails or phone calls in a timely fashion. Aside from that, the receptionist was always rude with a bad attitude. Overall horrible service and complete lack of accountability. Always making up excuses for their bad service.

      This review was from 2019 and reposted as a new review which it is not. We are replying to all reviews to be certain current and future customers have valid information. In Sept of 2019 our phone system crashed. We sent a massive email out to all of our clients advising of this issue and our owner issued a apology. This technology issue in no way affected our ability to handle title and closing services merely delayed our response times.
