      Very disappointed in this company, explained in detail what I was looking for, home equity loan, not refinancing. Went through all the details with the pre-qualification questions with the gentleman on the phone, reviewed the company's history to insure they have a good rating. After I made the decision to move forward, supplied them with the necessary information to pull my credit, I received a call from a loan officer, only to find out after pulling my credit, they do not offer equity loans or lines of credit. I feel as though I was lied too and mislead by the company. I will be filing a complaint with NMLS, I am sure that nothing will change, but I feel if I was mislead others will be as well.
