  Set up an account. The lady was awesome. Then I couldn't do mobile deposits. Said my account was inelegible. Called, left a message. Called again, left a message. Nothing. Still no mobile deposits. 😑

  K, our Member Contact Team Members are answering the phones and helping Members Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Saturdays 9 a.m-1 p.m. Call volume has been extremely high, and they get to every call as soon as they can.
