I went on the website and it showed that navigator participated in co-op shared banking. I attempted to call to verify but I was on hold for almost 20 minutes so I drove 35 minutes to the bank. Waiting about 8 minutes why the teller play on her. I pressed the call button twice on the bottom no one came to help. I pressed it at the top and the teller finally got off her phone and helped me. But mind you I was the only person and the drive thru. So maybe the call button didn't work but she still could have call me on the speaker if she see me looking in the window. I drove long ways and waited to only find out they no longer participate in co-op shared banking. The just haven't updated the website. Just great!

I only went thru The drive thru.the wait was 20 minutes.it not my Bank.only a favor for a friend.

Drive-throughs are now being used for expanded services such as debit card replacements and not just deposit and withdrawal transactions, which can sometimes take longer.
