      For the most part I always have good experiences going to Navy Federal but at times the lines can be extremely long. And I hate how long people take to deposit their money into the atm machines. Besides that the employees are friendly and very helpful

      exceptional customer service and friendly environment but that doesn’t excuse the fact that Navy Federal is the LARGEST credit union in asset size and membership but only has one bank and the ATM’s are inside the bank and inoperable after hours for deposit. Savannah is a major city and is riddled with army bases and families dependent on this credit union. PUT OUT MORE ATMS THROUGHOUT THE CITY!! we’re literally begging at this point and it’s ridiculous that we would have to. Do better by your community, for shame.

      Customer service sucks the branch manager closed the door early refused to serve me after I pointed out the fact that they closed the doors early now I can’t even do what I need to do but I need to find another bank asap
