      I went to this Branch to make a withdrawal. The teller Neka, asked if I was ok and I couldn't help buy pour a bit of myself out as I just lost my Mother and was withdrawing money to cover her funeral cost. I appreciate the fact that she noticed all wasn't good with me that day. I received this card in the mail that was signed with a little message from her and a few other Co workers. This really made my day. Thank you Neka ❤️

      absolutely horrible customer service over the phone. Especially with security. Leaving the bank for good and all 9 of my military family members are leaving as well.
