      They don't really seem like they know what they're doing at this location. I needed to change my address and they told me I just needed to fill out a form so I did. Then I waited to see someone who told me I needed documents which I was specifically told I wouldn't need. I left and it turns out I could just change my address on the app anyway.

      They had us waiting in the lounge just to tell us they do not create pre-paid cards on site and that we had to do it online. Their customer service is severely lacking.
