      I absolutely love NFCU and while this location is a little difficult to find with me not being familiar with the area, it’s one of the best branches I’ve ever visited. They are beyond friendly here and give the most familiar vibes!!

      This branch is absolutely terrible. Customer service is horrible and rude. My wife and I put in for an auto loan here and got denied. When I called to see why I discovered my info was wrong and she wasn't even on the app(my ex wife from 12 years ago was). It is beyond me how you can have 2 people with I'd infront of you and run an app for someone else. If all of that wasn't bad enough they went into my exes account and added all of my wife's personal info to it then wouldn't let us back in the branch to fix it because it was 2 minutes after they closed when I found out and got back to the door.

      The Ashburn VA NFCU location has the worst customer service. They treat you like you have the plague. They are rude and disrespectful. If you can, go to the location in Winchester VA. They are very friendly, and helpful and treat you with customer respect.
