      Great service from the staff when the comprehensive NFC web site or answer bot can't provide the information. The few times I did need to talk to a rep my issue was resolved in minutes. So glad I changed to this bank as my primary. I never felt the motivation to say anything good about my previous banks.

      I used Navy Federal for everything. I had issues with a VA home loan, they are not military friendly. More recently they raised the rate on one of my credit cards without providing a 45 day notice... Or any notice for that matter. I will likely look at USAA as an alternative to the lack of support I receive from this company that is "military friendly."

      Newer to NFCU since early 2020 and consistently experience customer service and follow up issues along with long phone wait times for simple services. Good user experience with technology although the lack of charm school service and more involved financial services doesn't make the grade for a recommendation. Reviewing online my experience of others is similar when it comes to overall service. Pass on a recommendation for any financial service that is technical as mortgage, HELOC and IRA servicing.
