      We are long time NFCU members. We appreciate the professionalism of the staff of the Barcroft branch. We were looking to purchase a new/late model car. They answered all our questions and gave us practical guidance on our loan. The loan and car buying service through the NFCU Truecar buying service was fast, easy and way less painful than all of our online searches. We found our dream truck and a great dealership for a great price, this was truly the easiest car buying experience we’ve ever had, even in the midst of COVID.

      I have been a member of Navy Federal since 2008 the service here was disgusting! Manager was rude and the tellers were awful. They couldn’t explain anything they were saying properly and not patient. Not willing to help! It’s HORRIBLE HERE! Don’t ever go! The manager on duty today at 12:30 was a tall brown male and he was very disrespectful.

      Terrible service, I thought I’d never experienced such hypocrisy. My fiancé and I were greeted with rudeness and hostility and the same happened to another people of color as well. The woman said to us she “could only serve one person because of the pandemic” a few minutes later, a non-POC couple, which is TWO PEOPLE again, entered the bank and it seemed like the rule that she gave to us didnt apply and served them with no hostility and more welcoming than me and the previous POC couple that went in. As much as I want this issue resolved, I know to NEVER come back to this location again.
