      Extremely disappointed by lack of transparency. I opened an account on April 1st to cash savings bonds in preparation for a major purchase. Returned the following day and was told new members are limited to $1000 a day for first 30 days...Now 30 days later I am told that new members are limited to $1000 a day for the first 6 months... I asked for their policy in writing and after waiting 20 minutes was handed a printout from the treasury website with the boilerplate: "ask the bank if it will cash your [savings bond]. the answer may depend on how long you've held an account there." Not helpful at all...

      Horrible! Every time I come here the line is 10-15 people and they have one, maybe two tellers! There was once I was in the drive thru at 4:40pm and they closed right as I pulled up. This has to be the worst location I have experienced in 30 plus years!
